Mia Femtech™ is a next-generation, minimally invasive implant-based breast augmentation system developed by Motiva®.
In selected patients, it can be performed under local anesthesia instead of general anesthesia.
A small incision, approximately 2 cm, is made in the armpit, and the silicone implant is inserted through that access point.

1. Natural breast enhancement without a large incision

Mia Femtech™ uses a dedicated implant placed through an incision of only about 2 cm in the armpit, so the scar is discreet compared with conventional breast augmentation using larger incisions.
Because the technique is designed to minimize disruption to internal breast structures, including muscle and glandular tissue, recovery is typically shorter and the look and feel can be very natural.
It is well suited to patients who want a natural enhancement rather than an obviously augmented appearance.

2. Procedure time from as little as 15 minutes

The procedure itself is typically completed in approximately 15 minutes.
Because it can be performed under local anesthesia in appropriate cases, the physical burden is reduced and same-day discharge is usually possible.
Showering is typically allowed from the third day after surgery, and many patients return to their usual routine in about a week.
This makes it an attractive option for people with busy work or family commitments.
It is also chosen by patients who cannot take an extended break.
